A Deed is an item in the Final Cross series.

The Deed is similar in looks to a map but, it allows the player to respawn their horse (if dead) or, buy another horse (if the player owns more than one deed). Using the Deed is the fastest and easiest way to save the game.

A deed can be bought at any General Store in the single player. And from the item shop in your home town.(Price depends on Horse Breed).
